Bethany

Bethany is the adorable daughter of a friend. This was one of few moments when she wasn’t running directly towards the camera.

Wow, Craig, this shot is fantastic. It just screams memoir book cover. Her expression and movement are very unique, making it an amazing portrait. The only thing I will say that doesn’t work for me personally is the exact center placement. While there’s nothing ‘wrong’ with that kind of placement (and I catch myself doing it all the time) the way the lighting is illuminating her makes it a bit obscure. I would maybe try cropping to leave a bit more background on the left side and see if you like it better.

:) You have made her look so lovely. As Nathanael said, her expression and movement really capture great feeling in this picture. I love her hair in this, too. What a nice photo! :)

A very nice pic! I’m a sucker for sepia and b&w photos anyway, but this really seems to capture something of her spirit. Well done!
